SILICONE SPONGE MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Below is a synopsis of our manufacturing capabilities, which illustrates the flexibility of design and the type of products we are able to manufacture in Silicone Sponge. Within this comprehensive manufacturing range we are able to supply a variety of components, in densities from 10lbs/cu ft to 33lbs/cu ft in standard off-white or a range of COLOURS or COLOURBRIGHT . The maximum and minimum parameters of silicone sponge production are indicated, however we are limited on some densities to fully produce to the following.
NB. Due to the method of production there can be an element of curve along the running length of a silicone sponge extrusion, however every effort is made to minimise this effect.

| Silicone Sponge Profiles We are able to produce a wide variety of Silicone Sponge profile extrusions in foam, but our ability to manufacture complex profile dies is limited and depends largely on the shape required. |  |
| Silicone Sponge Fabrication/Finishing The company have the additional facility to supply vulcanised joined ‘O’ rings, picture frame gaskets and cut lengths in most shapes and sizes. |  |
| Silicone Sponge Punched Components We are able to supply low volume Silicone Sponge washers and gaskets to customer specifications. |  |
| Silicone Sponge Sheet/Pad Products Standard sheet size in AD16, AD24 & AD33: 1000mm x 600mm. Silicone Sponge Thickness range from 2.0mm up to 30mm .NB. We are unable to supply Silicone Sponge sheet in AD10 |

| Silicone Sponge Fabric Finish Sheet/Pads Standard sheet size in AD16 & AD24 : 1000mm x 500mm. Single sided or double sided finish Thickness range from 3mm to 12mm NB. We are able to supply ‘customised sheet sizes’ in a range of Silicone Sponge densities and colours subject to a minimum order quantity and manufacturing capabilities. |
